We also offer custom embroidered clothing that celebrates cultural pride. At Melanin Particles, we believe in honoring our heritage, embracing our identity, and fostering well-being through knowledge and natural solutions.
A Phenomena is “a fact or situation that is observed to exist or happen, especially one whose cause or explanation is in question. ”Is not melanin a “fact or situation that is observed to exist or happen”? Is not the “cause or explanation” of melanin in question? Indeed, melanin is more than just a chemical compound. It’s a universal phenomena.
A quote from Why Darkness Matters – The Power of Melanin in the Brain explains the importance of investigating the phenomena of melanin:
“The cosmic carbon atom interstellar gas clouds of nanodiamonds/cosmic melanin and their relationships to biological melanin and neuromelanin is a fundamental category of knowledge that yields a critical meaning to a study of melanin which dismisses the two tendencies in modern science that seek for ideological reasons to lessen the of impact of melanin studies. One tendency is to dismiss melanin studies simply as pseudoscience. This is to equate and associate melanin with the mere waste products of cellular metabolism. Is melanin a biological waste product or a luminous jewel waiting to be rediscovered and understood by us in modern times?”
As a melanated mind, you can not “know thyself” unless you know melanin. If you allow others to persuade you that your melanin is a useless accessory, then you will inevitably fall into a sunken place of hopelessness, powerlessness and disconnectedness. Your “blackness” literally is your power.
Melanin (We Are Different)
Dr. Imhotep Llaila Afrika
Melanin is overwhelmingly comprised of carbon, which is one of the most abundant elements found in the universe. Dr. Richard King, whom some would consider an expert on the subject, says this about the relationship between carbon and melanin:
“Black was the color of carbon, the key atom found in all living matter. Carbon atoms linked together to form black melanin, the first chemical that could capture light and reproduce itself. The chemical key to life and the brain itself was found to be centered around black neuromelanin.”
It is common to see people who are melanin deficient downplay melanin as if it’s just a substance that gives your skin color, nothing more, nothing less.
The U.S. National Library of Medicine (The National Center for Biotechnology Information) explains the circumstance of melanin in the skin:
“Dermal melanin is produced by melanocytes, which are found in the stratum basale of the epidermis. Although human beings generally possess a similar concentration of melanocytes in their skin, the melanocytes in some individuals and races more frequently or less frequently express the melanin-producing genes, thereby conferring a greater or lesser concentration of skin melanin. Some individual animals and humans have no or very little melanin in their bodies, which is a condition known as albinism.”
Melanin can change form – matter, electricity, light, liquid, sound, etc. In addition, a severe melanin deficiency would disrupt the potential for cosmic (spiritual) communication and/or integration with the natural harmony with the universe. Without sufficient levels melanin to inspire an organic hyper-sensitivity to energy and vibration “getting in touch” with the rhythm of universe is a hopeless journey.
It is so much more than that, but people who have sufficient levels of melanin are already aware of this. Especially those of us who study the afrocentric scholars who’ve spent lifetimes studying “melanin” and it’s implications upon the individual, society, and the universe.
One of the greatest sources of information around this substance can be found in the work of Richard King M.D. In his book, ‘African Origin of Biological Psychiatry‘ he thoroughly expounds upon the mysteries and melanin and how it relates to spirituality, cosmic consciousness, the ‘black dot’, blackness, the pineal gland, ancient sciences, and more.
Dr. Richard King opens up the book, African Origin of Biological Psychiatry, with summarizing the phenomena of blackness (the black dot). This study of “blackness” and “melanin” was a priority study of our ancient ancestors:
“Black Dot is and ancient symbol for blackness, it is the black seed of all humanity, archetype of humanity, the hidden doorway to the collective unconsciousness-darkness, the shadow, primeval ocean, chaos, the womb, doorway of life. This ancient symbol for blackness was the subject of intense scientific investigation over a period of 300 thousand years by profound ancient scientist who were themselves black in consciousness. A long line of highly intelligent scientists studied their own essence, and discovered a hidden doorway to their souls and spirits; a doorway to advanced laws and rhythms that span the universe. Black was the color of carbon, the key atom found in all living matter. Carbon atoms linked together to form black melanin, the first chemical that could capture light and reproduce itself. The chemical key to life and the brain itself was found to be centered around black nueromelanin. Inner vision, intuition, creative genius and spiritual illumination were found to be dependent on pineal blood; born chemical messengers that controlled skin color and opened the hidden door to the darkness of the collective unconscious mind, allowing the ancient priest-scientist to visualize knowledge from the mind’s timeless collective unconscious memory banks.”
Essentially, when you the read works of all these scholars (Dr. Richard King, Dr. Edward Bruce Bynum, Dr, Laila Afrika) you should come to the conclusion that we are made of the black, transmutable, multi-dimensional, life-bringing, super conductive substance that glazes the entire universe.
There is a direct parallel between melanin, carbon, dark matter and blackness. Another scholar, Dr. Laila Afrika, is his classic book ‘Melanin – What Makes Black People Black!’ he claims “Melanin is an organic dark carbon chemical pigment substance“.
He also points out that “The color of melanin appears as black because it is absorbing all colors. Once the color enters the melanin it cannot escape. Melanin is concentrated colors, it is a cellular Black Hole similar to the Black Holes in outer space.”
If you want additional resources about Melanin another great book would be ‘Dark Light Consciousness – Melanin, Serpent Power, and the Luminous Matrix of Reality‘ by Edward Bruce Bynum. His research also validates the magnificence of Melanin. Bynum confirms that melanin has many physical, spiritual, and multi-dimensional implications. Learning how to master this substance and the pineal gland is the key to higher consciousness.
